PBNS
Post Basic Bachelor of Nursing (PBBN) - This is a three year course affiliated to purbanchal university and accredited by Nepal Nursing Council.
 
Objective (Intake 40 Students Per Year)
The objective of the PBN programme is to produce middle level human resources in nursing who are capable of making independent judgements and decisions in nursing situations and facilities, individuals and groups in the pursuit of health, functions in hospitals, community health agencies and conduct research studies in the areas of nursing practice. They are also expected to assume the role of teacher, supervisor and manager in clinical health settings.
 
Admission Criteria (Medium of instruction: ENGLISH)
  1. Must have passed a PCL Nursing from any recognized institute.
  2. Have at least two years working experience in any certified health institutions.
  3. Appear in the Entrance Examination conducted by Purbanchal University.
  4. The candidates should secure at least 50% marks to pass, however the students is selected on merit basis.
  5. Should be mentally and physically sound.
