PCL NURSING

This is a three years Proficiency Certificate level (PCL) nursing programme affiliated to council for Technicial Education & Vocational Traning (CTEVT) and accredited by Nepal Nursing Council.

Objective(Intake 40 students Per year)
The objective of the PCL nursing programme is to prepare professional nurses who can function independently as a member of the health team in providing preventive, promotive, curative and rehabilitative care to patients and the community, take leadership role in managing patients in the hospital as well as in community settings.


Admission Criteria

  1. The candidate should have passed S.L.C. with a minimum 45% in aggrerate with Mathematics, English and Science.
  2. The section of the student is based on marks obtained in the entrance examination.
  3. In case of ANM, candidates should have passed S.L.C and have 1 year of practical experience.
  4. The candidate should appear in the Entrance Examination conducted by CTEVT.
  5. The candidate .should be physically and mentally healthy.
